A powerful magician and a hermit, Inklore is, beneath his gruff, stern, and terrifing exterior, is an awkward, clumsy dork who is in love with books and knows nothing of social interaction - and cares little. His strongest trait is his wisdom and common sense besides these faults, and he is always a light for his rare friends when they are in the dark. He is wary fo Celestia and her black and white justice, who sees his experiments as abominable. Sketchy is his comedic foil, always ready to cheer him up or embarrass him so he can shine (and get out the house). Once had a fling with his student, Mourn, and thoroughly regrets it.
